Job Summary

Lead BIM and information management for structural engineering projects across the Middle East and GCC. Provide technical governance and assurance for ISO 19650-aligned workflows, support digital delivery strategy implementation, and drive BIM coordination from mobilisation through close-out. Partner with structural, architecture, MEP, and specialist teams to build BEPs/IDPs, run model federation and coordination reviews, and oversee audits, quality control, and risk mitigation while supporting people development and strategy improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as BIM and Information Management lead for Structural Engineering across the Middle East and GCC, providing governance and assurance for BIM-related activities.
•Support regional digital delivery strategy implementation and promote consistent ISO 19650 information management principles and digital delivery standards.
•Provide BIM leadership across multidisciplinary projects from pursuit through close-out, including BEPs/IDPs, BIM mobilisation, and coordination with other disciplines.
•Oversee technical BIM deliverables (models, templates, families, schedules), facilitate coordination meetings, and support interoperability for design validation.
•Establish quality control through BIM audits/health checks, monitor compliance, manage BIM risks, and supervise/mentor coordinators, technicians, and task teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
•Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the AEC industry.
•Minimum 8 years of BIM leadership experience on major multidisciplinary projects.
•Proven experience leading BIM delivery for large-scale structural engineering projects across the Middle East.
•Demonstrable experience implementing ISO 19650 information management workflows and practices, plus mandatory tooling skills.
