Key Responsibilities

•Define the commercial “North Star” for accounts by shaping the highest-value opportunities, prioritizing autonomously, and mapping a path from insight to signed deal.
•Orchestrate Agentforce transformations with customers, re-engineering core processes and translating vision into board-level narratives.
•Develop and defend investment theses by analyzing business value drivers, quantifying business value, and building C-level consensus for next-generation Salesforce ecosystems.
•Engineer sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals, articulating long-term strategic and financial value and resolving customer constraints.
•Create and deliver “Visionary Propositions” to CxOs, acting as a trusted advisor for critical technology and business model decisions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience (or 3+ years post-MBA) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
•Demonstrated agentic mindset and high activation energy to identify gaps and act without being asked.
•Best-in-class analytical rigor with the ability to turn complex data into clear narratives for executive decisions.
•Strong executive presence and credibility in C-suite conversations to challenge, advise, and land recommendations.
•Deep passion for the enterprise software industry and the evolution of AI/autonomous agents.
