Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to support inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate truck and trailer equipment safely, efficiently, and cleanly while maintaining a well-kept vehicle.
•Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs/documentation and follow company and federal safety regulations while interacting professionally with others.

Salary: USD 26.2 - 44.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience (military heavy/medium tactical vehicle experience considered).
•Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years and must meet CarMax’s Driver Safety Evaluation criteria.
•Ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements and maintain compliant DOT logs/documentation.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and proficiency operating a 10-speed transmission; willing to work outdoors in varied weather.
