Senior Engineering Manager

Lead and support a squad of engineers to design and deliver high-quality software for practice management products. Partner with product and design to define technical requirements and translate them into execution, while mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices. Set performance expectations, give actionable feedback, anticipate technical and resourcing challenges, and help drive effective collaboration across a remote/hybrid, cross-functional environment.
