Job Summary

Site supervisor responsible for coordinating field activities across mining, remediation and civil construction projects in Quebec. Ensures safety, quality, and timely on-site execution, supervises personnel and subcontractors, maintains liaising with project teams, and travels frequently across Québec to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate on-site activities and supervise all personnel on construction sites, including subcontractors.
•Ensure health, safety and environmental policies are followed and supervise adherence to quality control on site.
•Liaise with project managers, consultants and internal/external team members to ensure smooth execution.
•Organize and direct subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of works.
•Provide updates on progress and forecast trends of field work to project managers.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•DEC in civil/mining engineering or equivalent technical training
•5 to 7 years of experience in site supervision
•ASP Construction certification is mandatory
•strong leadership, organization and field team management skills
•willingness to travel frequently across Quebec and have a valid driver's license
