Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate on-site activities and supervise all personnel on construction sites, including subcontractors.
  • •Ensure health, safety and environmental policies are followed and supervise adherence to quality control on site.
  • •Liaise with project managers, consultants and internal/external team members to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Organize and direct subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of works.
  • •Provide updates on progress and forecast trends of field work to project managers.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •DEC in civil/mining engineering or equivalent technical training
  • •5 to 7 years of experience in site supervision
  • •ASP Construction certification is mandatory
  • •strong leadership, organization and field team management skills
  • •willingness to travel frequently across Quebec and have a valid driver's license
