Job Summary

Define and execute the global people technology roadmap for P&C, partnering with P&C leaders and GETS to deliver scalable, compliant, user-centric solutions across the employee lifecycle. Lead HRIS implementations and system enhancements, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement. Manage global, cross-functional delivery with vendor and consulting partners, drive change management and adoption, and build/mentor a high-performing global People Technology team.

•Evaluate emerging HR technologies and lead digital transformation initiatives across P&C.
•Partner with GETS on global HRIS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement.
•Direct cross-functional project teams; manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure deployment and adoption.
•Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing global People Technology team and lead change management and adoption strategies.

•Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale implementations and managing enterprise HRIS vendors and consulting partners.
