Operational Excellence- Value Stream Coach

Coach lean transformation and daily management practices to support improvements across safety, customer value, quality, delivery, cycle time, growth, margin expansion, and inventory. Under the Sr. Value Stream Coach for ISC Supply, you’ll lead Gemba walks, A3 problem solving, standard work, visual controls, rapid improvement events, value stream mapping, and change management. You’ll track results, update mission control boards, and develop leaders and teams to sustain the desired state.
