Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement and evolve industrial machining processes for inert/pyrotechnic applications and robotic finishing (e.g., engraving robots)
  • •Ensure work adheres to quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental requirements
  • •Guarantee robustness and performance of industrial processes from design to deployment
  • •Industrialize new machining products/processes, selecting technical options and defining data
  • •Prepare, adjust and pilot CNC machines during tuning and setup
  • •Participate in investments for new equipment, supplier selection, and commissioning
  • •Analyze malfunctions, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools
  • •Develop and optimize machining programs and 3D inspection programs when needed
  • •Provide cross-functional technical support to production, methods, quality and subcontractors
  • •Maintain technological watch and harmonize processes within the organization

Key Requirements

  • •Technician-level machining training (Bac Pro Technicien d’usinage or BTS/BUT) or equivalent
  • •5+ years of production experience in machining
  • •Programming experience for turning/ milling (CN/CNC)
  • •Knowledge of CNC programming tools (e.g., CFAO, Mastercam)
  • •Lean manufacturing knowledge and awareness of EN9100 certification requirements
