Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the center of delivering complex, mission-critical programs that bring advanced technology into real-world operation; drive planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams
  • •Demonstrate seamless demonstrations, efficient logistics, and sustained customer success; ensure high-impact solutions on time and at scale
  • •Lead scheduling, budgeting, risk metrics, and project action plans; manage and coordinate across stakeholders
  • •Coordinate import/export regulatory compliance – ITAR and EAR; manage and organize customer correspondence
  • •Report directly to Shield AI’s Senior Director of V-BAT Program Management

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of Project Management experience, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and events
  • •Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
  • •Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • •Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, and team management
  • •Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed
