Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, test, and support voice, video, data, network, and communications systems for USCENTCOM USMILGP offices.
  • •Provide remote and on-site technical support to install, troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain computers, telecommunications, and network equipment.
  • •Implement fixes and patches using methods such as registry edits and patch installation.
  • •Maintain equipment and cabling infrastructure (CAT-5/6, fiber optics) and keep related documentation, network diagrams, inventories, and COMSEC documentation up to date.
