Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee nuclear safety analysis and calculations (LOCA and Non-LOCA) for the BNPP fleet while ensuring adherence to FANR and ENEC procedures.
•Ensure safe, efficient, and economical core designs meeting safety, licensing, and operational criteria.
•Prepare, review, and update FSAR chapters (including Chapters 4, 6, and 15), technical specifications, and licensing documents.
•Oversee fuel and design changes into setpoint analyses and support plant operation requests, including resolution of fuel failure events, transient scenarios, and FOAK operational issues.
•Lead support for operational testing phases including Low-Power Physics Testing (LPPT), COLSS/CPCS testing, and Power Ascension Testing (PAT).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear or Mechanical Engineering.
•6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
•Preferred: Master’s degree in Nuclear or Mechanical Engineering.
•Lead nuclear safety analysis and calculations (LOCA and Non-LOCA) for BNPP fleet in line with FANR and ENEC procedures.
•Prepare, review, and update FSAR chapters, technical specifications, and licensing documents; support design methodology, calculations, and first-of-a-kind activities.
