Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual and store sales targets and other retail KPIs such as ATV and Personal Conversion Rate.
  • •Execute sales strategies and action plans from managers; control discounting and giveaways/discounted products.
  • •Maintain high service standards: product knowledge, guest experience, customer registration card collection, and support complaint handling with managers.
  • •Maintain best retail standards: store opening/closing, ensure stocks/fixtures/furniture are neat and tidy, and implement visual merchandising.
  • •Ensure inventory integrity through stock counts, minimize shrinkage, resolve discrepancies within 48 hours, and coordinate receiving/price tagging; update customer database and submit reports/documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
