Parts Room Supervisor

Oversee and direct the Parts Room Associates, coordinating parts receiving, inventory record accuracy, and issuance of parts to support plant operations. Manage daily parts flow, supervise inventory exceeding $2M, receive and document merchandise, and verify records on off shifts. Lead a team through mentoring, training, and performance improvement actions, while following safety initiatives and PPE requirements to maintain a zero-accident culture.
