Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of EPM/PMS systems for data centre projects.
  • •Manage projects from feasibility through specifications, point schedules, tender management, cost/bid analysis, and progress reporting.
  • •Conduct system surveys, assessments, FAT/SAT testing, and provide reports, recommendations, and client training to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • •Engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management to build relationships and provide expert advice.
  • •Mentor and grow the EPMS/PMS team, drive business development, promote SH&E best practices, and support MEP/control system integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in electrical engineering, preferably with a building services bias (or relevant post-qualification experience).
  • •Member of a professional accreditation body: IET or CIBSE.
  • •CEng accredited or working towards CEng.
  • •Proven track record leading and delivering EPMS and controls designs across system architecture and varying project sizes/complexity.
  • •Ability to work with stakeholders and regulations/standards, producing designs for RIBA plan of work stages and undertaking site supervision/inspection where needed.
