  • •Coordinate with suppliers for cargo readiness, accurate shipping documentation, and on-time dispatch to the Port of Origin.
  • •Act as the primary logistics liaison for international project teams across multiple time zones.
  • •Lead weekly supplier performance reviews and analyze logistics metrics such as cargo readiness and timely booking form submissions.
  • •Monitor cargo-ready date delays and promptly report them to the planning team/Booking Manager for proactive resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
  • •6–8 years of experience in ocean freight operations in manufacturing, freight forwarding, or ocean carrier environments.
  • •Strong coordination, analytical, and English communication skills for complex international shipments.
  • •Experience in solar trackers or solar components is a strong advantage.
  • •Ability to manage logistics coordination across multiple time zones and global project teams.
