Machine Learning Engineer (User Growth & Intelligent Marketing) - Global E-Commerce

Build and optimize machine learning and big data algorithms for global e-commerce user growth and intelligent marketing. Work on user value modeling, personalized messaging, recommendations, and intelligent marketing using uplift and operations research methods. Develop data and value systems across the user lifecycle, improve recommendation recall/sorting for new users, and implement product solutions like personalized push notifications/emails to drive DAU, penetration, and GMV.
