Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the end-to-end adidas Japan purchasing flow from demand plan to PO creation and delivery tracking.
  • •Monitor demand-driven challenges and engage suppliers when needed to protect availability.
  • •Run purchase order management activities and coordinate with internal teams to optimize availability, inventories, and costs.
  • •Analyze Japan purchase-order and delivery reports, including status, prioritization, transportation mode changes, and distribution to meet retail introduction dates.
  • •Provide KPI/operational reporting and drive continuous process improvements for end-to-end flow precision (forecast through PO to delivery).

Key Requirements

  • •University and/or college graduate (or equivalent experience).
  • •3–5 years of purchase operation experience.

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supply chain issues.
  • •Advanced Excel/Power BI skills and SAP knowledge (plus) to manage reporting and systems.
