Key Responsibilities

•Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous online instruction for middle school students (grades 6–8) aligned to Colorado Academic Standards
•Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on student mastery and needs
•Maintain accurate grade book, monitor student progress, and communicate with families/learning coaches
•Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and ensure alignment with academy policies
•Collaborate with administrators/teacher coaches and travel as required for professional development (approx. 20% of the time)
