Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical overlay for the solution architecture team, bringing deep GCP expertise to complex pursuits.
  • •Cross-pollinate expertise by sharing knowledge with CCaaS-focused architects and learning CX best practices.
  • •Architect and deploy custom applications and AI agents using Google Cloud native services (Cloud Run, Cloud Armor, Compute Engine).
  • •Serve as SME for quoting and pricing Google Cloud consumption, ensuring accuracy in cost modeling for clients.
  • •Evolve and maintain demo and POC environments to support rapid, robust demonstrations for clients and enable teams on delivery of these demos.

Key Requirements

  • •Google Cloud expertise with hands-on experience deploying cloud-native apps and AI agents (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Armor)
  • •Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering as an overlay/technical specialist
  • •Strong understanding of Google Cloud pricing, consumption models, and ability to quote complex cloud architectures
  • •Experience designing or scoping Managed Services offerings with recurring value
  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
