Key Responsibilities

  • •Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Drives the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.
  • •Coordinates with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies and facilitates critical relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
  • •Leads stewardship planning and delivery and ensures overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs.
  • •Manages invoicing and receivables for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • •Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.
  • •Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Active Property & Casualty license.
