Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data across makes and models and determining root cause and corrective action.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures in the shop and on customer locations, and handle repairs.
  • •Maintain complete daily documentation of work performed and assist with training and equipment pickup/delivery as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •EPA 608 certification is preferred (or able to obtain within 6–12 months of employment).
