  • •Provide technical leadership for functional verification of high speed memory controller IP at block and system level.
  • •Design, develop, and use simulation and/or formal verification environments to prove functional correctness of DDR5/6 RLD3 and UCIe IP designs.
  • •Drive verification strategy and execution for high-performance memory controller IP and/or SoC designs.
  • •Plan, execute, track progress, achieve verification closure, and deliver verification outcomes to program schedules.

Salary: INR 4,860,800 - 6,944,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS (12+ years), MS (11+ years), or PhD (9+ years) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •Hands-on verification experience for state-of-the-art memory controllers including HBM, DDR, LPDDR, and UCIe, with strong protocol and calibration/board skew-jitter modeling knowledge.
  • •Experience developing UVM/OVM and/or Verilog/SystemVerilog testbenches and using simulation/debug tools such as Synopsys VCS and Cadence IES.
  • •Proven track record driving verification strategy and successful execution for high-performance memory controller IP and/or SoC designs.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership of verification teams (including planning, execution, tracking, verification closure, and delivery to programs).
