Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end AI/ML system development, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
  • •Provide architectural direction for machine learning platforms, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with standards.
  • •Evaluate and integrate AI technologies and frameworks, including GenAI solutions, and translate business requirements into ML architectures and roadmaps.
  • •Oversee the ML model lifecycle with experimentation, versioning, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive MLOps practices (automated training, deployment, monitoring, retraining) and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (master’s in data science preferred).
  • •8–10 years of experience in AI/ML development, advanced analytics, or data-driven software engineering.
  • •Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • •Experience designing and deploying ML models into production at scale, including cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI).
