Associate Tech Lead - Data Science

Lead end-to-end AI/ML development, from data ingestion and feature engineering to deploying, monitoring, and improving models in production. Guide the architecture of machine learning platforms and evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks, and tools. Collaborate with product and domain teams to turn business needs into ML roadmaps, and apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, registries, feature stores, retraining). Mentor data scientists and troubleshoot complex ML and data pipeline issues.
