Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers, owning the full people management lifecycle including hiring, performance, career development, and succession.
  • •Own delivery outcomes across identity maturity, PAM deployment, network-as-a-service delivery, and remote access modernization, partnering with staff engineering to sequence the roadmap.
  • •Manage delivery relationships with key technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring milestone accountability, performance governance, and risk escalation.
  • •Lead programs across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance as a business partner, translating technical risk into clear executive-ready language and influencing without authority.
  • •Own the enterprise identity program end-to-end, including PAM deployment, IGA governance, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation with compliance and audit-readiness requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in enterprise IT with 3+ years managing technical teams at or above Senior Manager level in a fast-paced technology company.
  • •Built and operated identity platforms; managed Okta/Entra (or equivalent), deployed MDM/UEM, and ran network infrastructure before moving into management.
  • •Hands-on Okta/enterprise IAM proficiency across full IAM/IGA program delivery, including JML automation, IGA governance, PAM vaulting, SCIM provisioning, and compliance controls.
  • •Multi-cloud fluency across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP with confidence making infrastructure and architecture decisions.
  • •Proven success building and scaling technical teams with vendor/partner management experience and strong cross-functional influence, including Security, Legal, People, and Finance.
