Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and implement agent behavior such as planning, tool use, memory, reasoning, and self-evolving mechanisms.
  • •Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestration so multiple agents collaborate to explore solution space.
  • •Build an evaluation system to automatically execute, validate, and assess agent-generated results, then drive system improvement.
  • •Evaluate and optimize agents using LLM-as-a-judge, task-specific metrics, and benchmarks.
  • •Experiment with post-training techniques including SFT and RL, and apply evolving agentic AI and post-training research to engineering problem-solving workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • •Experience training or experimenting with ML models using at least one of PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
  • •Experience implementing or experimenting with LLM or agentic AI-based systems.
  • •Ability to quickly understand papers or the latest research and translate them into real implementations.
