Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive technical strategy for the agentic platform, including MCP tool/capability model, agent orchestration, context/memory, retrieval, and trust model.
  • •Frame and prioritize highest-impact AI problems aligned to product and platform strategy, converting ambiguity into executable plans.
  • •Establish AI evaluation and quality frameworks across accuracy, safety, latency, and cost, including practices for fine-tune-vs-prompt and model-selection decisions.
  • •Set trust architecture standards for traceability, auditability, reversibility, human-in-the-loop, and confidence signaling.
  • •Lead large cross-team initiatives across multiple products and services, mentor senior engineers, and influence engineering and ML maturity across the org.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •8–12+ years of software engineering with significant work on large-scale or platform systems.
  • •Deep, hands-on production experience building and operating AI/ML systems, including LLMs, agents, orchestration, and RAG with evaluation and model-selection trade-offs.
  • •Expert proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies, with strong architecture skills across distributed systems, APIs, and composable services.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives, influence without direct authority, and operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces.
