Job Summary

Regional Operations Lead provides strategic and hands-on leadership across school operations, systems operations, and compliance for Guidepost Montessori’s regional network. You’ll strengthen operational consistency, improve systems execution, manage campus routines, staffing, enrollment planning, and data integrity, while partnering with central teams to scale effective, compliant, and enjoyable school experiences for staff and families.

Job Function: Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Build and sustain strong operational execution across campuses, including staffing coordination, scheduling, move-up planning, campus routines, tuition billing, and day-to-day operational consistency.
•Strengthen school-level operational systems and leadership practices to reduce friction and improve staff and family experiences.
•Maintain and improve campus data integrity, student and staff records, licensing binders, and compliance drills.
•Coach school leaders and regional team members toward stronger operational ownership, decision-making, prioritization, and execution.
•Partner with regional and central teams (School Operations, Compliance, Facilities, Finance) to ensure coordinated support and development of operational resources and onboarding/training processes.

•Ability to manage and improve data accuracy, records, licensing binders, and compliance drills at the campus level.
•Experience onboarding, training, and developing leaders, and collaborating with central teams (School Operations, Compliance, Facilities, Finance).
