Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management, Process Improvement, System Design, or similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO.
  • •Intermediate to advanced project management experience, with strong organization, attention to detail, and advanced communication skills.
