Job Summary

Lead strategic operational activities to ensure accurate data collection and operational effectiveness in banking systems and processes for loan-related operations. Design and implement complex process solutions across multiple internal business units, partnering with cross-operational teams and development to integrate workflows spanning systems. Manage enterprise project planning, requirements, application testing, and deployments, while documenting changes, training end users, and mentoring junior operations analysts.

•Lead and prioritize team initiatives, manage multiple complex projects, drive iterative improvements, and address tech-debt strategically.
•Partner with teams and executives to develop data-driven solution designs, document process improvement needs, and present recommendations.
•Facilitate enterprise project planning, develop business and reporting requirements, lead application testing, ensure deployment, and support change management through training and communication.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management, Process Improvement, System Design, or similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s or MBA preferred.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products.
•Intermediate to advanced experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO.
•Intermediate to advanced project management experience, with strong organization, attention to detail, and advanced communication skills.
