Job Summary

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Small Business Relationship Managers to acquire new business and deepen existing relationships across the West Region. Drive sales performance for loan production, deposits, and overall relationship value while ensuring strong risk and credit management. Partner with underwriting and portfolio management teams, monitor pipeline and portfolio quality, support recruiting and onboarding, and foster client-centric, compliant, responsible growth.

•Provide ongoing coaching and performance management, and support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development to build a diverse team.
•Monitor team performance, pipeline activity, and portfolio quality; identify opportunities and implement action plans to drive results.
•Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act, and reinforce sound credit practices while collaborating with underwriting, credit partners, and other business lines.

Key Requirements

•Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and typically five or more years of relevant banking and sales leadership experience.

•Strong consultative sales, relationship management, and business development expertise.
•Solid understanding of small business banking, including financial analysis, credit, lending, and portfolio management.
•Ability to balance revenue growth with sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
