Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a systems expert and operational strategist to optimize Talent Acquisition technology, workflows, and processes.
  • •Provide support for TA systems and troubleshoot issues in partnership with recruiters, coordinators, and external vendors.
  • •Drive process optimization and system enhancements, including AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows.
  • •Create enablement resources and use operational insights and reporting analytics to continuously improve the global recruiting ecosystem.

  • •Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues for TA in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with UAT, system testing, and release coordination, with strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
