Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day and strategic management of the plant to achieve operational, customer, and financial objectives.
  • •Ensure customer expectations and service level agreements are consistently met, building relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • •Develop and deliver the site business plan, annual operating budget, and longer-term strategy to meet targets.
  • •Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environmental outcomes.
  • •Build and develop a continuous improvement/Lean culture and lead Lean and productivity initiatives delivering measurable results.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a senior operational leadership role within manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or a similarly complex operational environment.
  • •Proven experience managing overall site or large operational function performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people.
  • •Experience driving continuous improvement through Lean initiatives, productivity improvements, and waste reduction.
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • •Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred; ISO 14001 knowledge is advantageous.
