Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the execution of the Outbound strategy, including strategy paper creation, initiatives formulation, driving actions, and tracking deliverables.
  • •Drive in-country execution of the Group’s Outbound strategy to generate revenue and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
  • •Develop metrics and reporting to monitor Outbound strategy execution, and interpret global GNB and regulatory developments for frontline training.
  • •Build relationships with government officials, trade bodies, commercial chambers, regulators, and high-level clients to capture opportunities and facilitate smooth operations.
  • •Manage China Desk Manager (CDM) proposition/governance and provide support on people management matters, while assessing operational risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven, progressive business development, sales management, and credit experience (or equivalent).
  • •Extensive knowledge of the bank’s products and services with demonstrated sales success.
  • •Strong understanding of GNB and experience working with multinational corporates, including senior stakeholder engagement.
  • •Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • •Ability to set and manage your own agenda and drive alignment, with strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
