Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of SETs, driving quality initiatives and automation excellence.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and define test strategies for high-quality releases.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for APIs, end-to-end workflows, scalability, and reliability.
  • •Conduct code reviews, identify defects, and build tools to strengthen test coverage and product stability.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations and advocate for a quality-first culture and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in software engineering (or related).
  • •10–15 years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test (SET), preferably in enterprise SaaS or product-based companies.
  • •Proven quality engineering expertise for large-scale, enterprise-grade software systems.
  • •Hands-on Java-based test automation and Web/API/Performance testing experience.
  • •Proficiency with test automation and monitoring tools (e.g., Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate, Postman, JMeter, Splunk, AWS) and experience with distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines.
