Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the safety of guests across multiple resort locations and enforce all policies within recreation facilities.
  • •Maintain clean pool areas and respond to guest inquiries while upholding safety standards.
  • •Provide instructions to riders and swimmers and assist with ride dispatching.
  • •Rotate across resort pools at Atlantis the Palm, Atlantis the Royal, Aquaventure Waterpark, and designated beach zones.
  • •Stand for long periods in hot conditions and participate in monthly safety training to strengthen lifeguarding skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to swim 200 meters continuously and tread water.
