Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a structured 24-month graduate programme designed to build technical and commercial competencies.
  • •Participate in technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals.
  • •Develop industry knowledge through day-to-day exposure to Turner & Townsend and the UK Digital team.
  • •Gain experience across digital offerings such as advisory/strategy and transformation, data and systems strategy, analytics/automation, BIM and information management, smart buildings and IoT, digital project controls, and digital security.
  • •In role rotations (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BIM Consultant, or Change and Digital Transformation Consultant), translate requirements, analyze data/processes, and communicate insights to clients and stakeholders.
