Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment as part of the preventive maintenance program, including changeovers and machine PM activities. Spend most of the shift on the production floor, keeping track of machine status and coordinating with the shift supervisor to support safe, efficient, quality operations. Complete PM documentation, troubleshoot product/process/quality issues, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, food safety, and security procedures.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in changeovers, machine preventive maintenance, and repairs.
•Spend most of the shift on the production floor and understand current status of all production machines.
•Coordinate with the shift supervisor to maintain machines in safe, efficient, quality process and review the PM schedule at shift start.
•Enter appropriate information into the PM log/assigned system and complete documentation before departing.
•Respond to emergencies, maintain security diligence (e.g., door access), and identify/record issues in product, process, and quality systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and to push/pull loads over 100 pounds.
•Ability to stand for eight hours minus breaks.
•Ability to operate fork lift and operate crane.

•Basic understanding of pneumatic systems and adherence to GMP, SQF, and Food Safety compliance requirements.
