Manage and oversee the full contract lifecycle, partnering with sales, legal, and finance to ensure compliant contract execution and reduce legal risk. Work with US Government contract requirements through regulatory interpretation, FAR-based obligations, and contract negotiation. Provide flowdown provisions for prime/sales-connected supply agreements, guide internal stakeholders on compliance obligations, and support business teams in structuring contracting strategies.

•Review, draft, and negotiate contracts involving US Government requirements and standards, including FAR-based obligations.

•Identify and implement required flowdown provisions in supply agreements connected to prime or sales contracts.
•Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations and contractual risk.
•Support business teams in structuring and executing compliant contracting strategies and collaborate with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
