Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
  • •Handle pre-purchased lawn chairs and venue retail, plus day-of-show rentals and purchases.
  • •Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, and specials to guests.
  • •Assist the Ancillary Manager with setup/breakdown of signs, tables, and tents as needed.
  • •Maintain order and safety; process credit card transactions and support post-show cleanup.

Key Requirements

  • •Greet guests and answer venue questions while promoting additional amenities the venue offers.
  • •Handle lawn chairs and venue retail, including day-of-show rentals and purchases.
  • •Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, and future ticket deals and specials to guests.
  • •Be able to work outdoors with constant walking/standing and lift/carry 25+ pounds; work weekdays, weekends, holidays, including late evenings.
  • •Must be at least 18, pass a pre-employment background check, and have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
