Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter and manage project orders using Eaton prescribed tools and applications for Built-To-Order/Engineered-To-Order and component orders.
  • •Develop and communicate global customer sales forecasting information and maintain customer profiles and customer-specific standard operating procedures.
  • •Drive proactive project management by coordinating timely updates with internal partners and external customers on scheduling, expediting, change orders, global trade, and financial order management.
  • •Support export shipment strategies, execute export activities with consolidation centers/logistics partners, and provide export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates).
  • •Perform financial management for orders (invoices, variance, commissions/compensation) and provide order support and escalation/advocacy as needed, including mentoring other coordinators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years of customer support or customer-related experience.
  • •Currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC, and relocation is not available.

  • •Strong computer, organizational, and analytical skills to manage high volumes and research/document project order financial history.
