Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and ship MDM policy as code across macOS, Windows, and mobile with staged rollouts and rollback.
  • •Build patch automation to close exposure windows quickly without disrupting employees.
  • •Manage software distribution across the endpoint fleet.
  • •Mine fleet telemetry to create dashboards, drift alerts, and AI-assisted automation that reduces security toil.
  • •Own managed browser and extension policy and serve as last-line support for endpoint escalations IT Operations can’t resolve.
