Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incident and risk management activities.
  • •Support and implement WHS policies across operations.
  • •Support workers compensation and return to work programs.
  • •Coordinate contractor and visitor induction/compliance and promote a safe workplace culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and recommendations.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence and build relationships without formal authority.
  • •Knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, standards, and Workers Compensation legislation, including relevant SIRA training.
  • •Experience with safety reporting such as audits, investigations, inspections, and effective corrective action close-out.
  • •Preferred: a Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety (or related discipline).
