Job Summary

Lead end-to-end growth for the Healthcare Building Automation portfolio by uniting business development and product/portfolio strategy. Own market and customer discovery, strategic partnerships, deal shaping, business cases, and pipeline creation, then translate insights into offering strategy and global go-to-market execution. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D to drive NPD/NPI, lifecycle management, and launch readiness for solutions supporting hospitals and health systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Healthcare Building Automation business development strategy aligned to growth objectives.
•Identify, qualify, and pursue new revenue streams, including enterprise healthcare systems, IDNs, life science campuses, and strategic channel partnerships.
•Build executive-level relationships with healthcare providers and health systems, system integrators and OEM partners, and digital health/IoT/infrastructure ecosystem partners.
•Translate customer priorities into scalable solutions and long-term partnerships, owning deal-shaping strategies such as solution bundling, pricing frameworks, and partnership models.
•Shape the Healthcare BA portfolio strategy by driving customer discovery and market insights, partnering with Product Management/Engineering/R&D on NPD/NPI, and ensuring ROI models, launch readiness, and global adoption.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry with strong exposure to healthcare facilities, infrastructure, or clinical environments.
•8+ years in senior business development, offering strategy, product leadership, or GTM roles, ideally within building automation, smart infrastructure, digital systems, or complex B2B solutions.
•Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships in healthcare.
•Experience influencing or leading New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and portfolio strategy/commercialization.
•Strong financial and business acumen, including business case development, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization.
