Key Responsibilities

•Make Go/No-Go launch decisions and provide integration support across audit APIs, web, databases, caches, and message brokers.
•Design and execute a global load testing strategy, including scenario modeling (load, stress, soak, peak, find max) and non-functional requirements.
•Simulate production-like traffic patterns, calculate/validate load models (RPS, concurrency, transaction volume, data distribution), and adjust for peak and edge cases.
•Identify, analyze, and fix performance bottlenecks across backend, databases, messaging/queues, and networks in collaboration with SRE, DevOps, and backend teams.
•Set up and tune performance testing infrastructure, integrate performance tests into CI/CD as quality gates, monitor results with observability tools, and produce executive-ready performance reports.

•Strong programming skills in Golang, Kotlin, and/or Java for performance tooling and analysis.
•Hands-on expertise with k6 and/or JMeter (DSL framework) including load/stress/soak testing and interpreting results.
•Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure for high-load systems (EKS, EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ALB/NLB, VPC, subnets, routing, security groups).
•Experience designing and tuning autoscaling strategies and understanding network performance characteristics (latency, cross-AZ traffic, NAT/egress, load balancer behavior).
