•Monitor content and behavior that violate terms of service, take action, and escalate as needed with a primary focus on protecting minors.
•Investigate complex child safety cases and determine when escalation to internal legal teams and/or external reporting is required.
•Process appeals, audit automations, and properly label use cases in the system.
•Provide labels, annotations, and inputs on projects involving safety protocols, risk scenarios, and policy compliance.
•Collaborate on improving AI defenses to detect illegal and unethical behavior and align Grok with rules enforcement.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and ethical decision-making skills, plus ability to use resources and frameworks for accurate safety-focused escalations.
