Job Summary

Own the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle for digital identity, biometrics, and passenger verification products for airport operators. Lead product execution from conceptualisation to market delivery, using customer and market insights to prioritize roadmaps and manage legacy offerings. Partner across engineering, product, program management, sales/business development, marketing, finance, contracts, and legal to align decisions on pricing, sustainability, and product performance, including P&L accountability and planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to existing airport operators globally, taking ownership of pain points and shaping the evolution of product lines.
•Own end-to-end product strategy, ensuring roadmaps prioritize market needs, customer requirements, operating efficiencies, and portfolio success.
•Lead agile, product-led execution alongside teams and champion a value-driven product culture and innovation.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product Owners, Program Management, Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Legal.
•Serve as primary point of contact for high-level decision-making and approvals, with accountability for product development, sustainability, pricing, prioritisation, profitability, and planning (CAPEX/OPEX).

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in product lifecycle management and agile development practices.

•Create business cases with financial metrics such as product profitability, cost management, and investment returns.
•Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to collaborate with large global teams and resolve conflicting priorities.
