Provide high-level technical support and service for HVAC control systems, troubleshooting complex issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and training customers and junior technicians. This role involves 100% travel, a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations, and reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor in Canton, MA to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems in accordance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC controls.
•Conduct inspections and testing of control systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards.
•Provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians to ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
•Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule service visits and ensure timely completion of work.
•Operate with 100% travel, on-call rotation every 6–8 weeks, and use company-provided vehicle, phone, laptop, travel and expense card, and tools.
