Serve as the technical anchor for the SUT domain, evolving legacy systems into a composable, containerized test platform while ensuring operational excellence through on-call, incident response, and postmortems.

•Lead, coach, and grow the SUT team with planning, ownership, and career development.
•Own the roadmap and execution for SUT rollout across development environments, CI, and AI workflows.
•Drive measurable improvements in startup reliability, latency, and cost using SLOs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
•Shape SUT architecture and guide evolution from legacy systems to a composable, containerized platform.
•Ensure operational excellence including on-call health, incident response, postmortems, and balancing delivery with maintenance/support work.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
•1+ years leading a technical engineering team with people leadership, roadmap ownership, and hands-on technical judgment.
•Strong systems thinking and comfort working across distributed systems and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and clarify cross-functional work.
