Customer Service Representative - Collections

Help customers with current and past-due credit card and loan accounts by explaining financial obligations, identifying reasons for delinquency, and offering repayment options. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, document account maintenance, and maintain quality and productivity. This hybrid/flexible collector role supports low delinquency and low losses, requiring empathy with customers, firm follow-through, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
