Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts through final assemblies.
  • •Coordinate with other engineering functions to support releases of product improvements/new products and issue/implement engineering change requests as needed.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements using DFx principles to improve quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results, and support test fixture specifications/design and sourcing activities.
  • •Gather operational and test data to evaluate outcomes, perform root-cause/corrective action analysis, and conduct PFMECA for new product development.
