Key Responsibilities

•Act as end-to-end owner for US AR and Collections outcomes including cash, DSO, aging, and customer experience.
•Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements in DSO, aging, and overdue trends.
•Guide the team in resolving invoicing, accounting, tax, or credit issues and lead cross-functional escalations.
•Drive and execute initiatives within US AR, Invoicing and Collections, aligning with global stakeholders.
•Develop team capability, embedding ownership, continuous improvement, and automation as standard ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in operations, finance, or accounting.
•Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Global Enabling Services and/or Quote-to-Cash domain.
•Experience supervising or managing direct reports.
•Working knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and Microsoft Office; affinity with IT developments (S4HANA, RPA, portals, etc.).
•Experience with multiple currencies and understanding of US GAAP.
